Studio Escape at Laura Trott Leisure Centre
Studio Escape is a purpose-built yoga, Pilates and well-being studio. It is an exclusive calm space away from the day-to-day hubbub of the leisure centre. This new holistic therapy centre is a safe and comfortable place for both beginners and more advanced practitioners.

Classes at Studio Escape are small and supportive with fully qualified teachers encouraging gentle healing and personal development through various techniques including relaxation, meditation, deep-stretching, muscle engagement and tension release. We maintain a maximum class size of nine students for most therapies, giving the instructors time to give individual support and advice where necessary.
The studio is located on the first floor of the Laura Trott Leisure Centre. It is fully accessible with wide doors, a lift and level access. Equipment such as mats, pillows and blocks are supplied. There is cooled filtered water available – please bring your own water bottle.
There is a dedicated area for coats, bags and shoes, For most classes and therapies clean, loose and comfortable clothing is all that is required.

Six week Beginner Course in Kinisi Flow

Starting this autumn at Studio Escape with qualified instructor, Olivia.
Suitable for total beginners and those new to exercise.
Kinisi Flow® is a system of movement which engages both body and mind, guiding you to the transformative flow state for deep, lasting change. Similar to Tai Chi, it is a unique blend of mindfulness and functional movement designed to stretch, strengthen, and nourish your body through dynamic sequencing and seamless flow-motion using only your bodyweight. Kinisi Flow enhances mobility, boosts mental clarity and teaches you to move with purpose —leaving you recharged, energized, and balanced.
Tuesday evenings 5:45pm to 6:45pm starting 7th October.
£64.50 for six sessions (£51.00 for BeFit Members)
