Our Tuesday morning Pilates class is taught by Serina Keep. As our classes are small, Serina is able to instruct to your individual ability within the group.
Tuesday Morning Beginner Pilates
Next course starts Tuesday 7 January for six weeks
Starts at 10:30am, 60 minute class.
In this class you will spend time mobilising the body and focusing on creating further range of movement. We will aim to gradually build up the strength of the core through exercises which encourage abdominal control without pressure built around the back. We will focus on exercises which strengthen the muscles in the back to relieve muscular pain. We will develop posture throughout each exercise aiming to correct and strengthen these muscles, which will in turn relieve joint pain and muscular tension. At the end of this course, you will feel stronger, with better posture and have built good foundation for further strengthening core muscles.
