Class and activity booking cancellation policy

In response to customer feedback, from 13 January 2025 we are re-introducing the £5 no-show penalty charge for booked activities. This is to ensure as many customers as possible have the chance to enjoy their favourite class or activity.

Customers who fail to attend a booked class, activity or court space or who fail to cancel at least an hour before the start time will automatically incur a £5 penalty charge. In addition, their account will be disabled until this is paid. This is applicable to all centre users.

To ensure you do not receive a penalty it is important you check in for all your activities on arrival OR cancel your space at least one hour before.

You can check yourself in to a timetabled class, gym or swim session by using one of the self-service kiosks mounted on the wall in the foyer or by presenting your membership card to reception staff. If you think there is an issue with your card not working, please ask reception to check it for you and if necessary, they will issue you with a new card.

You cannot self-check in for courts or pitches. If you have booked a court or a pitch you will need to check in at reception. To reduce waiting time please remember to bring your membership card with you. If you are checking in at reception, please ensure you receive a paper receipt for each checked in class, this ensures the integrity of the process.

Cancelling a booking

You can easily cancel a booking 24/7 via your online booking account here or using the Be.Broxbourne Fit app. Instructions on how to download the app are available via the link at the bottom of this web page.

To cancel a booking online go to “My bookings”

Find your activity and select “Cancel”

And confirm “Yes”

You can also cancel via reception at either centre.

A £5 penalty can be paid via your online account under ‘My Debts’ or at Reception. To dispute a charge please write to Hello@Bebroxbourne.co.uk and a member of team will respond in 5 to 10 working days.
