This class includes many of the mat work exercises incorporated in traditional Pilates, but offers modifications and updates to include strengthening, stretching and mobility movements to encourage a stronger back, core and improve balance; all without going to the floor. Great for people who have difficulty getting up or down from the floor, or those who cannot support their weight on their knees. Equipment is supplied. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Filtered water is supplied but please bring your own water bottle. needed £63.00 per course (£50.00 for centre members)
