Instructor-led running club
Meeting at Laura Trott reception or John Warner reception, join our instructor led Running Club session for a fun and energising 55-minute class designed for runners of all levels. This class is outside and involves mixed terrain routes so wear suitable clothing and lace up with appropriate footwear, bring a water bottle, and get ready to get running with a friendly group and instructor. Whether you’re looking to improve your pace, stay fit, or simply enjoy the fresh air, our sessions offer a great way to stay motivated and get fit. Let’s run together and have fun!
This is a timetabled session and is included with membership, non-members welcome on a pay and play basis. Book online.
Starts Sunday 6 October. Both sessions are Sundays 9am – 10am, group size is 10 -12
