How long? It stores information during the session only. 
What not? It does not identify a computer’s owner or gather information from a computer. 

ModX 

Why do we use it? ModX enables a sign-up form prompt to visitor. 
When? On completion of a form. 
For what? It identifies whether or not a user has completed a form in the current session. 
How long? It stores information during the session only. 
What not? It does not identify a computer’s owner or gather information from a computer. 

CloudFlare 

Why do we use it? CloudFlare identifies individual clients behind a shared IP address and applies security settings on a per-client basis. 
When? On identifying a client – it will not challenge them again. 
For what? Identification of a client. 
How long? It stores information for five years. 
What not? It does not correspond to any user ID in the web application, nor does it store any personally identifiable information.
