Whether you are new to exercise and need help getting started or maybe recovering from an injury, we all need a little support from time to time.

A course of personal training can help you with rehabilitation, conditioning for sport, weight loss, muscle or strength gain, or simply boost your motivation and help you feel confident in the gym.

We offer sessions at both John Warner Sports Centre and Laura Trott Leisure Centre. Our sessions are suitable for all ages and abilities.

We will work with you to design a personalised exercise plan that takes into consideration your:

  • goals
  • activity preferences
  • medical history
  • current fitness levels
  • safety
  • amount of time available for training

We offer single and multi-session packages. Please enquire for discount on multiple sessions (minimum 6)
