Monday Evening Pilates
Fitness Pilates adapts and modifies the exercises of traditional Pilates for a challenging yet enjoyable class. Through the use of mat and standing exercises, the class is designed to strengthen the body with a focus on building core strength to help improve posture, balance and stability.


Monday Evening Fitness Pilates for beginners
Monday evening Beginners at 8:10pm, intermediates at 7pm. 60 minute class. Next course starts Monday 24 February for 6 weeks
Beginners Fitness Pilates is based on the fundamental Pilates technique and exercises, but with a focus on the body as a kinetic chain. Fitness Pilates classes may include mat and standing exercises, and can target the legs, abdominals, glutes, postural muscles, and arms. Basic gentle exercises which will progress over the 6 weeks , building strength and improving posture and balance
