Studio Escape
Studio Escape is a purpose-built yoga, Pilates and well-being studio. It is an exclusive calm space away from the day-to-day hubbub of the leisure centre. This new holistic therapy centre is a safe and comfortable place for both beginners and more advanced practitioners to focus on their self-improvement. All equipment is supplied. There is a water cooler in the room, please bring your own bottle. There is also an area to remove and place coats, bags and shoes.
Monday Evening Beginner Pilates

Monday evening 7pm. 60 minute class.
Beginners Fitness Pilates is based on the fundamental Pilates technique and exercises, but with a focus on the body as a kinetic chain. Fitness Pilates classes may include mat and standing exercises, and can target the legs, abdominals, glutes, postural muscles, and arms. Basic gentle exercises which will progress over the 6 weeks , building strength and improving posture and balance
