Monday Evening Fitness Pilates for Beginners

Fitness Pilates adapts and modifies the exercises of traditional Pilates for a challenging yet enjoyable class. Through the use of mat and standing exercises, the class is designed to strengthen the body with a focus on building core strength to help improve posture, balance and stability.

Monday Evening Fitness Pilates for Beginners

Beginners at 8:15pm, intermediates at 7pm. 60-minute class.

Next course starts Monday 6 October for 6 weeks

The class is based on the fundamental Pilates technique and exercises, but with a focus on the body as a kinetic chain. Fitness Pilates classes may include mat and standing exercises, and can target the legs, abdominals, glutes, postural muscles, and arms. Basic gentle exercises which will progress over the 6 weeks , building strength and improving posture and balance.
No experience necessary, small group (max 9), all equipment supplied in a purpose-built private studio.

£64.50 per course (£51.00 for centre members)
