We have launched a new Swim School portal called Course Hub.

Course Hub can be found within the Be.Broxbourne online account. Course Hub allows you to:

  • Get notifications of awards achieved
  • Request a move to the next class/stage when appropriate
  • View class availability
  • Access your account via your mobile device or pc/laptop
  • Access your account via the Be.Broxbourne app
  • View the outcomes for each stage/level of the swimming programme.
  • Book and pay for lessons online
  • Track you or your child’s progress

If you have previously set up a Be.Broxbourne online account to manage other memberships or make bookings for activities, please log in using your existing log in details. (If you have forgotten your password you can reset it using  the ‘Forgot Password’ icon underneath the Log in button). The Course Hub tile will automatically appear on your account once the portal is live.

If you do not already have a Be.Broxbourne online account, it is free to set up and use. To set up an account you will first need the email address we have on file for you, and your card number. If you don’t know your card number you can request it by emailing hello@bebroxbourne.co.uk or by asking at Reception. (The swimming instructors do not know your card number)

Once you have entered your email address and card number you will receive an email with a link asking you to confirm your email address to activate the account. When your online account has been activated, Course Hub will appear as tile on the page. You can continue to access your online account via the weblink, or you can use the Be.Broxbourne app.
