Interests 

I love working on myself and I always have a fitness or knowledge goal I am working towards. My original background was in competitive swimming but now my training has progressed to a mixture of weightlifting and cardio. I love to run and focus on heavy barbell and technique work, and I continue to test myself in gym and fitness competitions. I enjoy learning new skills and seeing progress, to help with this I like to document my fitness journey for social media to motivate myself and hopefully others interested in similar areas.

My approach to training is one of constant variation. I believe in keeping your health and fitness routine exciting and enjoyable and I aim to ensure you stay motivated. I can provide guidance, create workout plans to give you guaranteed results as well as keeping you accountable for your own progress. I like to think I have a positive outlook with most things, and I am here to support you and celebrate every success with you throughout your journey. 

I will be deeply committed to your progress, and I am continually expanding my knowledge to help my clients. Currently I am studying Level 3 GP referral and Level 4 Nutrition for weight management and athletic performance. This means you will not only benefit from workout plans but can also receive nutritional guidance to fuel your body for maximum results.
