Interests
Sport has always been at the forefront of my mind and I have always enjoyed it whether taking part or spectating. Sport and fitness brings a whole new set of challenges and rewards which I find positively engaging both physically and mentally. I have always enjoyed being active, undertaking a wide variety of sports and being a team player at a younger age. Personally, I try to use a variety of training methods depending on my current goals as well as taking part in events and sporting challenges from time to time to keep pushing myself. The different training styles I use are Strength Training, High Intensity Interval Training, Running and Mobility Work. Away from the gym my interests are watching my favourite sport, football, as well as boxing and darts. I am a big fan of films and enjoy going to the cinema, I enjoy all genres but my favourites would be Sci-Fi, Thrillers and Horror. I also enjoy cooking and video editing.

For me, it’s not just about writing a programme but helping you to be consistent and bring out the best in yourself I can offer a variety of training sessions from Strength Training, Pad Work and Functional Mobility Exercises depending on your needs. There are always challenges and barriers to work through and I want to give my full support towards everyone along on their fitness journey. Fitness has always been an important part of my life I want to share the journey with others and show the positive impact it can have for you.
