Interests

Throughout my life I have had a passion for staying active and from an early age I have taken part in various sports. From horse riding and swimming in my youth to a dedicated seven-year journey in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, I have also ventured into competitive bodybuilding achieving 1st and 2nd place in two competitions.

I began my fitness journey seven years ago, initially seeking to improve my mental health during a particularly challenging time. This endeavour proved immensely beneficial and as I progressed my focus shifted towards building strength for Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Following on from this I wanted to push my physical and mental limits further, leading me to train for aesthetics and compete in bodybuilding.

I don’t currently have a specific goal when it comes to training, it has become part of my lifestyle and I feel better for training regularly and being active.  I want to help people achieve their goals and gain the same love I have for exercise and physical activity. I can help with weight loss, hypertrophy (build muscles/get toned) or simply improve fitness levels by providing a personalised training plan as well as nutritional guidance. I will make sure the process is enjoyable as well as effective.

Why train with me?

I believe my passion for fitness is contagious and I’ll be there every step of the way to encourage you to reach your goals. I am a personal trainer who doesn’t just talk the talk but who walks the walk and therefore can empathise, wherever you are in your journey.

My training approach revolves around bodybuilding, which goes beyond simply lifting heavy weights. It emphasises precise technique and establishing a strong mind-to-muscle connection. This involves bringing intention and focus to every exercise, ensuring each movement is performed with purpose and effectiveness. If your goals include building muscle/ toning, correcting imbalances, and enhancing body awareness, I can highly recommend this type of training.
