Relax your muscles, open up your pores and feel revitalised in our newly refurbished sauna and steam room at Laura Trott Leisure Centre.
In addition to new showers, new steam and sauna cabins and a new layout, we have added two heated beds for your comfort and relaxation. Please ensure you bring a clean towel to put on the heated beds and for use in the steam and sauna. We look forward to welcoming you soon!
Members and non-members, please ask at reception for an access band to the sauna and steam area.
Lockers at Laura Trott Leisure Centre use a padlock system, customers can bring their own or purchase a padlock from reception.
