Child Details:

    Is child able to be in water without armbands?

    Is child happy to go under water?

    Can child swim at least 5m (half the width of the pool) unaided on front and back?

    Can child swim 10m (a width of the pool) unaided on front and back?

    Can child swim 25m (length of pool) on front and back using recognised strokes (e.g front crawl, breast stroke back stroke)?

    Is child able to swim 100m (4 lengths) without stopping, on front and back displaying good technique in front crawl, breast stroke back stroke?

    Which days of the week is your child able to attend weekly swimming lessons? Swimming lessons operate from 4pm to 7pm Monday to Friday and 7am to 1pm on Saturdays (free form?). Not every class operates every day. The more flexible you are with times and days, the more likely you are to be offered a suitable place.
